ISM's World Cup of Micropiles is an international competition to seek out a micropile project that stands above all others. Five regions of the globe compete at the International Workshop on Micropiles: North America, South and Central America, Europe, Africa and Central Asia (Russia, Middle East and India) and Australasia.

A panel of experts from each region select one project to represent their region. Authors of each selected project pick a delegate to present the project during a session at the workshop. ISM delegates will vote for the winner during the workshop.
